All-Church Picnic

Meet us on the Providence House Lawn (west of the parking lot) at 11:30am for a BBQ Picnic.

What’s for Lunch?

We’ll grill burgers and hotdogs. Bring the following according to your last name:

A-G:  Bring a Party-Size bag of chips

H-R: Bring a Dessert for 8-10 people

S-Z: Bring a Side-Dish for 8-10 people

What else can I bring?

• Bring your friends!

• Lawn chairs

• Awnings for extra shade

• Socks for kids to wear in the jumping castle

Can Kids Come?

Yes! There will be a JUMPING CASTLE! for the younger ones. Kids of all ages can play Spikeball, Open-Play Cornhole, and 4 Square.

A Baptism

Remember, we have a portable baptismal. . . so we’re having a baptism on the lawn! If you’d like to finish out your summer by taking this next step of baptism, sign-up below and we’ll contact you.

A Goodbye

Lastly, we’ll be saying “goodbye” to friends that are moving this Fall. Bring cards of encouragement and send them off with hugs and tears.

Do you need help?

Yes, we’d love some extra hands. Check out the sign-up below for all the ways you can volunteer.

In the case of Rain or Smoke, we’ll move the festivities inside to the Gym. If that happens, no need to bring chairs and awnings. . .
